We want you to love your Voyage Fit purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- Requests must be made within 30 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking confirmation.
- Items should be returned in reasonable condition. Opened skincare and personal-care products may still qualify when used as directed and reported as unsatisfactory.
- Proof of purchase (order number or email) is required.
How to Request a Refund

- Our team will reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions, if applicable.
- Once your return is received and approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Shipping Costs
Original order shipping is free. Return shipping may be the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in those cases, contact us and we will make it right.
