Free Shipping on Every Order

Voyage Fit offers free standard shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase required.

Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a shipping confirmation with tracking when your order ships.

Delivery Times

United States: typically 3–7 business days after dispatch.
International: delivery times vary by destination. Estimated timelines are shown at checkout when available.

Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Weather, customs, or carrier delays may occasionally affect arrival times.

Tracking

Tracking information is sent to the email address used at checkout once your order ships. You can also view order status in your account if you created one at checkout.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Contact us immediately if you notice an error after placing your order.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us at sunnyvalefencecontractor@gmail.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. Include your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with you on a replacement or refund.
